2. Services

We provide AI chatbot development, paid advertising campaign setup and management, CRM workflow automation, and related consulting. The deliverables for each package are those listed on the package card at the time of purchase.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, assets and information needed to deliver the engagement (ad accounts, CRM access, brand assets and offer details). Delays in access may extend delivery timelines.

4. Billing & Payments

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by PayPal, including guest checkout with debit or credit cards. We never store or process full card numbers on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property & License

On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workflows, prompts, blueprints and documentation we deliver for your own internal business operations. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-license these assets without written consent.

6. Results Disclaimer

We implement systems and campaigns based on industry best practice. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume or advertising performance, as results depend on your market, offer and budget.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides a clear 14-day window on service deliverables.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
