Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LeadFlow Automation (operated by Michael Gregory Bishop), customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the immediate delivery nature of downloadable digital assets and automation blueprints (Make.com/Zapier JSON files), purchases are generally non-refundable once download access is provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a 100% full refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase if:

• The automation blueprint files are corrupted, broken, or non-functional.
• You experienced a duplicate charge on your credit card.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@leadflow-syncs.com with your transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
